Regional Intelligence Liaison Office Middle East Region Riyadh Foreword by H.E. Director General Ten Years ago the Middle East Liaison Office (Rilo) commenced its activities in the region. The purpose of issuing this directory is to remind all those involved with the Rilo office about the tasks and role of this office. Since established the office provided services to enhance the existing cooperation between the customs administrations of the member countries in the middle region. Would like to take this opportunity to call all customs administration of the member countries in the Middle East region to benefit from the service of this office in obtaining any information relating to custom matters that they may need.
