1 Equestrian Club.
2 Animal & Vegetable Quarantine.
3 Quality Control Laboratory.
4 If such organisms are imported alive, they shall be presented to the Agricultural and Veterinary Quarantine. Otherwise, they shall be presented to the Quality Control Laboratory.
5 Health Quarantine.
6 If edible, they shall be presented to the Quality Control Laboratory. Contrary to that, and not undergone any processing, they shall be presented to the Animal & Vegetable Quarantine to verify that they are free from disease.
7 Seeds shall be presented to the Animal & Vegetable Quarantine. If edible, they shall be presented to the Quality Control Laboratory.
8 If fresh or chilled, they shall be presented to the Animal & Vegetable Quarantine. Otherwise, they shall be presented to the Quality Control Laboratory.
9 Approval by the General Organization for Grain Silos and Flour mills on import and export.
10 It is required for importation to obtain a license from the Ministry of Health, and have the invoices endorsed accordingly, or present an independent certificate.

13/1 Ministry of Interior – Department of Arms & Explosives.
13/2 It requires approval by the General Directorate of the Civil Defense (Ministry of Interior).
13/3 It requires approval by the General Department of Criminal Evidence (Ministry of Interior).
13/4 It requires approval by the General Department of Wire & Wireless Communication (Ministry of Interior).
13/5 It requires approval by the General Department of Border Guard (Ministry of Interior).
13/6 It requires approval by the General Department of Investigation (Ministry of Interior).

15 Ministry of Information.
16 If imported for agricultural purposes, they shall be presented to the Animal & Vegetable Quarantine. But, if for household purposes, they shall be presented to the Ministry of Commerce's Laboratories (Saudi Arabian Standards Organization).
17 Not imported except by competent government agencies as per an official letter.
18 To be presented to the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency.
19 It is required to be accompanied by a disinfection certificate from abroad. Otherwise, it shall be presented to the Health Quarantine.
20 Military items of it shall not be released except by an official letter from the beneficiary military agency showing type and quantity.
21 It is required for release to be accompanied by a valid certificate conforming to the Saudi standards and specifications.
22 Not released except by approval of the Ministry of Health or one of its branches in connection with medical and scientific purposes. But, for those belong to maintenance and technical service firms and general contracting firms, they shall be released by the Ministry of Commerce or Industry, each in its respective field and supervision.
23 Importation is banned for non-military sectors.
24 Blasting and chemical materials incorporated in the manufacture of the explosives, radioactive materials, firecrackers, gunpowder, potassium chlorate, and all products and substances shown in the Public Security's lists wherever provided in the Harmonized System Nomenclature, shall not be released except by a prior permission from the Public Security. But chemicals and substances other than those mentioned above require a prior release from the Industry, Commerce, or Health ministries, or the Department of Meteorology & Environment Protection, each in its respective field and supervision.
25 What imported for governmental sectors shall be released as per an official letter from the concerned minister. But, for non-governmental sectors, permission from the Public Security (General Department of Telecommunication) is required.
26 Pertinent prior permission shall be obtained from the competent government agency before release from Customs zone.
27 General Department of Archeology at the Ministry of Education in respect of import and export.
28 Export banned except males to the GCC member states.
29 Wildlife requires approval by the National Organization for Wildlife Conservation & Development on export as per a letter specifying types, quantities, and species,
30 Export of date palm saplings of type (Khilas, Naboot Saif, Sagae, Safry, Magfazi, Barhi, Sukary, Shalabi, Safary, Ajwa, Hulwa, Rothana) is banned.
31 Export of livestock feeds: barley, Sudanese white sorghum, green fodders, hay, as well as poultry feeds: yellow sorghum and soyabean, is banned.
32 Export of infant milk, of all kinds, is banned.
33 Export of oil derivatives shall be approved by the General Organization of Petroleum and Minerals as per a letter signed by His Excellency the Governor or his Deputy. Import of petroleum bitumen, as well, requires its approval.
34 Export of medicaments, of all kinds, is banned.
35 Export restrictions shall be applied to sand, white rock (silica), base sand, crusher aggregates, limestone, and marble stone provided in the circular No. 96/3/4 dated 8/2/1422H.
37 Exit of empty gas cylinders with GASCO specifications is banned, but for the re-filled ones, it is required to attach GASCO invoice.
38 Export of water pumps and their petrol, gas, diesel, or electric motors, whether combined with the pump or not, shall be approved by the Saudi Arabian Agricultural Bank.
39 Export of traction and leveling machines used in agriculture and disinfection, harvesting and threshing machines, and accessories thereof shall be approved by the Saudi Arabian Agricultural Bank.
40 Importation of asbestos and products containing it is banned.
41 Importation of potassium bromate is banned
42 Export of Zamzam water is banned.
43 Export of scrap of batteries requires approval by the Department of Meteorology & Environment Protection
44 Cards for television reception apparatus shall be presented to the representative of the Ministry of Information.
45 (release letter not required). It requires a permit from the competent authority in the Ministry of Interior, and verification of the business activity in the commercial registration.
46 (release letter not required). Its import requires obtaining a license from the Ministry of Health and the invoices are to be noted accordingly or a separate certificate is to be produced.

49 - Swords, cutlasses, bayonets, lances and similar arms prepared for ornamental purposes are released directly. - Otherwise, their import requires obtaining approval from the Department of Arms and Explosives at the Ministry of Interior.
50 Their import and export requires a letter from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry conveyed to the customs port by the Saudi Customs Headquarters (Department of Restrictions).
51 It is prohibited to import industrial wastes and hazardous residues, pharmaceutical preparation wastes, chemical and allied industries wastes, municipal wastes, and sewer wastes (mire).
52 Their import requires a release letter from the Public Security based on the Ministry of Health's approval.
53 Their import requires an approval from the Ministry of Health.
54 Their import and export requires the General Presidency of Meteorology and Environment's approval.
55 The importer is exempted from the customs duties due on reinforcement steel or iron and cement, and the government shall incur the amount of these duties until 31/12/2009.

57 The customs Duty is reduced to 5% .The government will bear the difference in duty rate until March 31,2011.
