Increase of Passengers satisfaction with Saudi Customs services at King Khaled International Airport
Saudi Customs recorded an increase in the level of customer satisfaction during the third quarter of 2018, according to results from the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) index, at King Khaled International Airport in Riyadh. An achievement that was praised by Riyadh Airports Company recognizing the outstanding passenger experience with Saudi Customs processes. Driven by its vision to be the first in region that provides remarkable customs services to become a global logistics hub, excellence in customer experience is one of Saudi Customs’ strategy pillars which aims to fulfill organizational excellence and position itself as a regional pioneer. Saudi Customs has revamped its procedures and promoted a culture of enhanced communications and knowledge sharing among its client-base by establishing multi-channel services for concerns and complaints. This was done to better understand client expectations and consequently develop the overall organization, improve its services, and increase its operational efficiency. Saudi Customs also strives to improve customer satisfaction not only at airports, but at all land and sea ports as well. It is continually improving work environments, promoting innovation, and training employees to align Saudi Customs with its new brand and the objectives of Vision 2030.
